We provide professional embroidery digitizing and vector art conversion services. Our services convert client-provided artwork into machine-readable embroidery files such as DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, and other requested formats. We do not produce physical embroidery unless explicitly agreed.

Artwork Submission Requirements

Clients must provide clear, complete artwork files in formats such as JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG. The quality of the final embroidery file depends on the quality of the submitted artwork. Low-resolution or incomplete artwork may require adjustments, simplification, or additional charges.

We are not responsible for embroidery quality issues caused by poor artwork quality.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is typically 12 to 24 hours after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Complex, large, or rush designs may require additional time.

Rush services may be available upon request and may include additional fees.

Payment Terms

Payment must be completed before delivery unless prior credit terms have been approved. We accept credit/debit cards through stripe Payment Gateway.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment is not received.

Revision Policy

We provide free revisions to correct digitizing issues based on the original submitted artwork and requested size.

Free revisions do not include:

  • New artwork
  • Major design changes
  • Size changes beyond original request
  • Complete redesigns

Additional changes may require a new order or additional fees.

Client Responsibility and Testing

Clients are responsible for reviewing and testing the digitized file before full production. We strongly recommend performing a test embroidery sample to confirm quality, size, and placement.

We are not responsible for production losses caused by failure to test the file before bulk production.

File Format and Machine Compatibility

We provide files compatible with commercial embroidery machines including Tajima, Brother, Barudan, Ricoma, Happy, and others. Clients must specify their required file format when placing the order.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect machine setup, stabilizer selection, or thread settings.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of embroidery digitizing services, refunds are generally not available once work has started.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service cannot be delivered
  • The order cannot be completed

We will always attempt revisions to resolve any issues before considering refunds.

Copyright and Artwork Ownership

Clients confirm they have legal rights to use all submitted artwork. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to client-submitted designs.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates copyright laws or contains illegal or offensive content.

File Usage Rights

Delivered embroidery files are licensed for client use in embroidery production. Clients may use the files for personal or commercial embroidery.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim digitizing ownership of the files without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the digitizing service.

We are not responsible for:

  • Production losses
  • Garment damage
  • Machine damage
  • Thread or stabilizer issues
  • Improper machine settings

Communication Requirements

Clients must provide accurate order details including:

  • Design size
  • Placement location
  • Required file format
  • Fabric or garment type (if known)

Incomplete instructions may affect results.

Confidentiality

All client artwork and information are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without permission.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms.
